Terms and conditions

An additional $5 per passenger per flight will be applied to fares paid by credit or charge card. These fares are one-way, non-refundable and name changes are not permitted. These fares are exclusive of SFT's (Surcharge, Fuel, Taxes). These fares are subject to availability and are not available on all flights or days. These fares are not available during school holidays or peak events and periods.

Check-in closes 60 minutes before departure for all flights operating from international terminals.

Flights from Bangkok to Melbourne and Melbourne to Bangkok are operated by Jetstar (JQ). All travel is subject to the Jetstar Conditions of Carriage.

Flights from Bangkok to Singapore and from Singapore to Bangkok are operated by Jetstar (3K). All travel is subject to the Jetstar (3K) Conditions of Carriage.
