Registering with Jetstar and Valuair
There are a number of benefits to being a registered Jetstar and Valuair agent:
- Access to either our gross or net fare products.
- Gross fares attract remuneration for each passenger segment sold.
- Access to the travel agent's site allows you to modify bookings you have made for your clients.
- In select markets you can settle your bookings using BSP.
- Be kept up to date with Jetstar and Valuair news.

Remuneration
- Gross fares attract a fixed remuneration per passenger segment sold as per the table below.
- To be eligible for remuneration you need to be registered with us.
- Remuneration is determined by the base currency the fare is sold in (e.g. an agent in Singapore selling an AUD fare will receive AUD10 per passenger segment sold via the travel agent's website or AUD5 if sold via a GDS). This amount will be converted to SGD at time of payment.
- Remuneration amounts may change from time to time so please check back for updates.

How to register
It's easy to register your agency with Jetstar and Valuair, and only takes about five minutes. You will need the following information at hand:
- IATA/TIDS/DAPA number: You need a unique user ID to register with Jetstar. Acceptable identifiers include an IATA number, TIDS number or DAPA number. For more information, including an application form for a TIDS number please see www.iata.org/tids.
- Contact information: Our primary means of communicating with you will be via email. We will use your email address to send you a monthly statement detailing the sales you have made and the remuneration you have earned. We will also send you information about fares and product announcements which we believe may be of interest to you or your customers. If you do not wish to receive such information please indicate this by ticking the appropriate box.
- Agency details: You will need your travel agency license number (if you are required to hold a license in your country) and the name of your GDS provider (if applicable). Australian based travel agencies must provide an Australian Business Number (ABN); and New Zealand based agencies must provide a Goods and Services Tax Number (GST Number).
- Bank account details: If requested, please provide details of your bank account (including BSB, Bank and Branch details, Account Name, Account Number, and bank address). We will pay any applicable remuneration to this bank account.
